Desai Xie (Ph.D. Candidate)

I am a sixth-year student in the Computer Science Ph.D./M.S. program at Stony Brook University, and a member of the Visualization Lab under Prof. Arie Kaufman. My research focuses on scalable training of visual foundation models.
Specifically, I work on pre-training data, reward-based post-training, and long-sequence inference spanning 3D and video generation. My current interests include video generation and video world models.
